SHARED YOUTH VISION FEDERAL COLLABORATIVE PARTNERSHIP

Once the Request for Technical Assistance Referral form is submitted you will be contacted by the Solutions Desk within two business days to confirm your request. At that time, you may be asked for further information. After the nature of the request is determined, it will then be sent to the appropriate Federal Partner(s) who will respond to the State Team.

Two weeks after the request is submitted the Solutions Desk will follow-up with both the State Team and the appropriate Federal Partner(s) to ensure that the request is being processed.
